Pre-Inspection Setup
Before you begin, gather the following tools and documents:
- Tech pack or specification sheet – includes approved measurements, material codes, and construction details.
- Measuring tape or ruler – calibrated for accuracy.
- Color standard (Pantone or physical swatch) – for color matching.
- Scale – to verify weight if critical.
- Magnifying glass or loupe – for stitch and hardware detail checks.

Step 1: Visual & Material Inspection
